Order and sizing details
When you write to us about an order, we hold on to the sizing and fit notes you share (chest, waist, preferred fit) only for as long as it takes to answer your question or process an exchange. We do not build a customer profile from these details, and we do not use them for anything beyond the specific enquiry they were sent for.
How we handle your data
This page explains what information Sap Lab Core collects when you visit this site or write to us, and what happens to it. The short version: we collect almost nothing, and we never sell or trade anything.
Information we receive
We only ever hold what you hand us yourself: the details in an enquiry, an email address to reply to, and the correspondence that follows. There is no account system and no hidden profile.
Purposes
Everything you send is used to deal with your enquiry and nothing else. No profiling, no automated decisions, no passing your address around.
Local storage
This site sets no analytics or advertising cookies. The only thing stored in your browser is a small flag remembering that you closed the cookie notice, so it does not reappear on every page. You can remove it at any time through your browser settings.
Third parties
We do not sell, rent or trade your information. It is disclosed only if the law obliges us to, and to no one else.
Retention
Correspondence is kept only as long as it is needed to handle your matter and any follow-up, after which it is deleted. Records we are legally required to keep are kept for the statutory period and no longer.
What you can ask of us
Access, correction, deletion, and objection to any use — all of these are yours to request, free of charge. One message through the contact form is enough.
Security
What little we hold is stored on access-controlled systems and is not accessible to anyone outside the business.
